William Eaton
Truly a master of strings and a unique composer and performer, William Eaton is a four-time GRAMMY nominee who has recorded 16 albums for Canyon Records and tours nationally and globally. In 2015 he received the Arizona Governor’s Arts Award for Artist of the Year.
William currently performs with his own William Eaton Ensemble, featuring an eclectic mix of musical styles which can only be described as at once both earthy and ethereal. Using his self-designed lyra harp guitar, Eaton can sound like anything from a mandolin to a flute to a tropical waterfall. Simply fascinating playing solo or with his cohorts.

Among his wide array of interests, Eaton is a nature enthusiast and is a founder and director of Sustainable Arizona as well as Wisdom Tree Institute. And on a whole different level, Eaton is one of the nation’s top pole vaulters over age 50. He recently won the 2021 US Track & Field Nationals, Masters division, in Ames, Iowa.
Truly the Renaissance Man of Arizona music.
